Welcome to the home of Mission Freak Records. We are pleased to unveil this new initiative alongside our debut release from Wolves in the Attic, Electronic Hearts. Mission Freak Records is a small, independently run boutique label based in Iowa City, Iowa. We came to fruition almost equally out of necessity and obsession, as a natural extension of our work with the Mission Creek Festival here in Iowa City. We hope that it will be a way for us to engage with musicians we respect and admire in a new way. We also hope it will be a new way for us to engage our supporters, and those who have yet to hear of us, with music that we love.
