Exposure: Mission Freak on Break Thru Radio

Whoa! This just in from the Shameless Self-Promotion Department: a couple of Mission Freak bands are featured on the show Crop Circles on Break Thru Radio, an online streaming radio station. The show is hosted by DJ NoCoast, who highlights bands from the Midwest in her hour-long streaming segment. On this edition, you can hear Porno Galactica’s track “Thurston Thor” played during her intro, as well as our own Birth Rites and Alexis Stevens. In addition, there’s cool tracks from Ha Ha Tonka (playing the Picador tomorrow night), These United States (more on them coming soon), Aloha, and many more. This is super cool, so make sure you give it a listen and check out what else Break Thru Radio has to offer. I wasn’t familiar with it before, but it looks like they’ve got some good programs going. Thanks to DJ No Coast for hooking us up!

Don’t forget, Porno Galactica’s album Romance in the New World is out now, as are Alexis Stevens’ Flood or Drought and Birth Rites’ All Success Stories . Check the tour page for upcoming dates for all of our artists.
